We kindly ask you to read the following company policies since it contains important information on our business hours, samples, orders, shipping, and product warranty.

Business Hours:

We work on from 9:00am to 6:00pm (from Monday to Saturday)

Email us to alfred@kivi-tech.com and get response within 24hours.

Samples:

Part samples can be sent for free charge, but customer should take the shipping cost.

Samples lead time depend on our stock or factory production schedule advised in advance.

For the charged samples, we retain the right to keep or return the charge to customer once receiving the order. 

Orders:

Our quotation is ex-warehouse Shen Zhen, for FOB or other term, please check with our sales representive.

Price and quantity are subject to final confirmation between us.

We accept orders by email or fax.

Payment is T/T in advance.

For sample orders, we accept payment via Western Union, Moneybookers, Moneygram, Paypal.

Shipping

1, Goods can be sent by Express, air freight or sea or other shipping way advise by customer.

2, Goods can be sent by freight collect for old customer.

3, Goods can be arranged by the forwarder or agent assigned by customer.

4, We will send goods though DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex, TNT etc Express  or airfreight depend on the packing weight and destination country if no special requirement above.

DHL is fast and takes 3~4days aournd to most country of the world.

UPS is weclomed too in many countries and usually takes 4~5days.

For south American countries and russia, we recommond EMS which is a little slow but very safe too.

Beside, EMS do not charge the remote area charges.

Any way, we can send goods through other Express too and will check with the customer which one is prefer before sending out.

For FCL or LCL shipping by sea, please check with our sales representation.

Our experienced packing people will handle each package carefully and properly to ensure it safe and lowest shipping charged by courier.

Warranty and RMA

LED products are usually 1 year warranty except part items.

For electronic components, please check with our sales representative.

Regarding the RMA, customer should advise us before return the defective goods.

We will send the repaired item or change a new one after checking the returned one, the shipping cost is in our side.

Customer will be responsible for the transport cost of returning to our office.

Any damage to products that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or alteration, the warranty will be voided.
